Psychotherapy can be a
transformative way of getting
in deeper touch with yourself.

People often come to therapy because there’s something about themselves they don’t understand—their relationships, their emotions, their patterns, or a sense that something important is missing or out of reach. My approach is psychoanalytic. We work together to explore the parts of yourself that may be outside of awareness, including feelings, memories, traumas, desires, and fears, so that new possibilities for understanding and change can emerge.
